Bandarban:
Bandarban is regarded as one of the most attractive travel destinations in Bangladesh. Famous for his Hill Tracts (Bandarban includes the three highest peak of Bangladesh— Tahjindong (or Bijoy 1280 meters), Mowdok Mual (or Saka Haphong 1052 m) and Keokradong(1230 m)) and natural beauty with a lots of verities birds (a heaven for the bird watchers), see lots of animals(this area are many monkeys once lived here.) and so many waterfalls. Bandarban called the daughter of the mountain. Raikhiang Lake, the highest lake in Bangladesh is also found in Bandarban. Chimbuk peak and Boga Lake are two more highly noted features of the district. The scenic beauty will undoubtedly captivate your soul. Bandarban located in 9 km southeastern in Chittagong division in Bangladesh. Bandarban also famous for Hiking.

The name of Bengali speaking Bandarban (meaning the dam of monkeys). However The actual name of the district in Marma "RDA kyaoci MRO". During the period of British rule in 1860, the district was declared the Chittagong Hill Tracts.

*Nilgiri: Nilgiri means "Blue Mountain". Located in Thanchi upazilla in Bandarban district in Chittagong Division of Bangladesh. It is 46 kilometers away from the Bandarban town. One of the amazing tourist spots in Bandarban. Nilgiri is a hilly resort, The whole resort is on the top of the mountain and surrounded by clouds and excellent hilly natural views. When you reach the top of the mountain you feel that the cloud embraces yourself and you can touch the cloud there which is very interesting and attractive to the tourists. Nilgiri is the highest resort of Bangladesh.

* Nilachal & Shuvronila: Located about 5 kelometer from the Bandarban town. It is near about 2000 fit above of sea level. Tourist can watch a golden twilight in the evening and also can enjoy an evergreen moonlight in the moonlit night in here. In Nilachal, you will see some tribe villages with their raw natural expression and handicraft.

* Keokradong: Located about 40 km south of Bandarban main Town. Keokradong is the second highest mountain of Bangladesh. It is about 4332 ft high from the sea level. This remote hilly region is full of natural beauty and you can see an endless courses of mountains and hills.

* Tahjingdong: Located about 35 km Bandarban main Town. It’s the highest mountain of Bangladesh. It is about 4300 ft high from the Land level. Besides  this  mountain  there  are  various  tribal community whose versatile cultures and living  styles  are  so  nature  oriented. famous for his height, natural views, Birds Animals etc.

* Golden Temple: It is just 4 kilometer away from Bandarban city. Its pagoda built on the top of the hills. It is regarded as one of the holy site for Buddhist pilgrims the temples colour is golden. It has one of the greatest Buddha sculpture made during the contemporary period of Gautam Buddha. It is one of the magnificent monasteries in the south East Asia.

* Shoylo Prapat: 8km away from Bandarban town.

How To Travel:
Chittagong is connected by air with the capital city Dhaka of Bangladesh, Dhaka and Chittagong
 Daily non-stop flights are available on United Airways. The journey by plane takes 60 minutes
 and fare is BD taka 6000.00 and 3500.00. One way from Dhaka and Chittagong. Then, by
 bus Chittagongto Bandarban it takes 1 hours. Or by bus from Dhaka to Bandarban  it take about
 5-6 hours. The private AC bus are available from Dhaka to Bandarban. One can rent a private car
 from Dhaka it’s take 3-4 hours to reach Bandarbon.

Best Time To Visit:

The best time to visit Bandarban is Winter Season (Cool Season).The period from November to       February. During this Cool Season the Skies are clear the weather is dry and the average
